Stretch marks already??

I will be 12 weeks friday. I haven't gained a pound yet and I already have a stretch mark on my belly (and I can see the start of another next to it and a small one on my boob).  I just read that they normally don't even happen until 6 or 7 months!! Now I'm worried about what will happen when I DO start showing. Has this happened to anyone? Any suggestions of what works well to deal with them? I also have very sensitive skin so have to be careful with lotions
