Baby vs Mom Insurance

I am covered through my work with blue cross, but it makes the most sense for the baby to be covered under DH's work with kaiser which is a totally different hospital.

How will this affect the baby's healthcare during those first days at my hospital when I give birth? Would kaiser just pay for any of the baby's vaccinations or procedures that my hospital does?

Obviously this can't be the first time this has come up, but I'm curious how it works.
