Help! 10 month supply drop

I haven't been on for a while, but knew you ladies would know what to do!

I have been bfing for 10 months now, nursing at home and pumping at work. All of a sudden this week my pumping output at work has taken a nose dive. I used to pump between 13-16 oz while at work and the last two days have gotten 8. I am worried about having enough for LO since I don't have much of a freezer stash anymore, maybe enough for two days.  I have been a little stressed and am eating and drinking A TON! But I am worried that this is something that is not changing.

I am eating oatmeal, granola bars, drinking water, Gatorade, pumping long and am going to add in an extra session of pumping at night. I just changed the tubes on my PISA and the membranes. She does eat three meals a day now, so could she be needing less milk? Is it normal for there to be a drop at 10 months? And, is there anything else I can do?

Thanks!
