Chronic Clogged Milk Ducts???

I started back to work 3 weeks ago and am pumping twice a day at work. Since returning I have gotten now 3 clogged ducts all in the same breast - so painful and annoying! I take hot showers, massage it and have started taking lecithin. Any other recs on how to stop these? I'm convinced it is from pumping, but who knows. Help! I am so done with the pain!
