Looking for IUI success stories

Since I still have about 12 days of the 2ww, I need to hear some success stories of IUI - how many follicles and what was your sperm count?  i only had one follicle and although they told me the sperm count was "good" the internet is telling me otherwise...I just need to hear happy success stories   Also did you try yourself after the procedure?  We did that night but now I'm thinking we should have the following night too....
