BFP after 40 yrs old?

Hi, I was just told by my RE that it is time to stop trying to have a child. I really don't feel ready for that. Is there ANYONE who got pregnant through IVF when they were older than 40? Anyone at all? I fully understand how slim my chances are. But it just is so frustrating when I personally know THREE ladies who got pregnant into their 40's. I apologize for butting into your board. I'm trying to make some very difficult decisions here.
