Office construction near me while I am in my 3rd trimester

I work in a newer building and they just started disassembling some of the offices to make a hallway.  Other than some dust, there hasn't been much intrusion but some of my co-workers are concerned with me being in the office.  Working from home is not an option currently.

My question is should I be concerned even though it's a new office building (no asbestos, lead paint, etc...)?
