How do I use frozen milk?

Title:  How do I use frozen milk?

This is a silly question but I have a freezer full of frozen milk and I'm unsure how to use it...

I pump enough at work for bottles for the next day and 5 oz. to freeze usually.  Should I be using the frozen milk for bottles at daycare and freezing the fresh milk?  I guess I just don't understand how I can give my 4 month old milk from when she was 1 month old....would that be enough calories for her?  I do plan to use the frozen milk to mix in when I start making and introducing solids at 6 months...

Please enlighten me on frozen milk!
