Looking for Mommy & Baby yoga classes or boot camp classes in south jersey. I loved yoga pre-baby and enjoyed prenatal yoga. Hoping to get back into it with my 6 month old daughter. I'm a working mom, so I'm looking for evening or weekend classes. I saw one or two from Virtua and Destination Maternity but most are during week at 10am. Any suggestions?
