Fibroadenoma ?

I had one prior to pregnancy that I intended to get biopsied. The MD canceled the biopsy, and then I ended up pregnant before we could reschedule. 

The lump did not change at all in pregnancy, but now that I am nursing (EBF), it feels bigger. I am wondering if any of you have any experience with this?

I understand it's not uncommon for the hormones to make the adenoma increase in size. It still feels the same otherwise, moveable, smooth, round. I am also wondering whether or not they would take a biopsy while nursing? 

Of course I will be going to the MD this week to have this looked at.
