I need some help please

So I'm only about 34 1/2 weeks but I'm having regular contractions. They've gotten almost 6 minutes apart for a minute each. Part of me feels like I'm imagining them because it's so early. I just had preterm labor stopped on Wednesday when I was having contractions. I feel like I could just be getting myself worked up. I don't want to go to the birth center all night just to be told I'm fine and just got worked up. Mom's who have delivered before, is there any point you just knew you had to go? How long can I wait?
