engorgment and pumping

baby is 3 days old....i'm so engorged it's painful and baby can barely latch. i know he's eating lots but i don't find much relief after he eats.

anyone else find their supply ridiculous right away?

i had this 'problem' with DS 1 and i was told i could pump to reset but i'm not sure if i should but i'm SO sore and they are rock hard and HUGE!!!
