Should I call dr???

January 2013 in 3rd Trimester

DH and I had sex this morning and when I went to the bathroom afterwards, there was blood on the toilet paper. Not bright red but pinkish. It's been about an hour and I am still lightly spotting. I am 32 weeks today. Is this normal or should I call dr?
