Help! Pain!!!

We've been ebf and I've had no problems. Until two nights ago. Suddenly I felt this sharp pain when DS was nursing. I checked his latch and it seemed fine. It felt like a needle in my nipple. Sometimes it's worse than others but today I noticed tiny spots of blood under the skin. Are these the start of blood blisters? What should I do, I pump during the week at work so will that make it worse? Also, DS has his bottom teeth but doesn't bite. He is teething on top but they haven't broken through.
