cannot unblock freaking clog!

Getting really stressed out. Tomorrow will be day 3 with this stupid clog...actually, probably clogs plural, as about 1/3 of my boob is hard. I am doing everything possible with no luck. I called my OB office today and the nurse called in a prescription for an antibiotic for me to start taking to avoid an infection. Great because I really don't want mastitis...but how is this going to affect my supply going on 3 days and counting. Do you think it will rebound from that? Unfortunately, it's on DS's preferred side...he rarely takes the other boob because the nipple is shorter on that side and he has trouble latching/staying latched...so that side doesn't produce much anymore. 

Not sure what it's going to take to eventually unblock this clog.........and just when I was beginning to really enjoy breastfeeding.
