How many ounces of pumped milk per age?

DD was born on Mon 1/14/13.  I am trying to find a breakdown of how many ounces of milk she should be getting each day, this way when I go out without her, I know how much milk to leave for whoever she is with.  

Help?  (I am EBF for now & trying to avoid bottles while I am home from work, but sometimes there's no way to avoid it....)  You would think I'd remember some of this from DS, but I guess 3 years ago was a long time ago!!
