I have a muscle spasm

In my right knee and it is driving me stupid crazy. Like it twitched all night last night while I was sleep and I am laying here trying not to pay attention to it and it is twitching non stop. Doing a little research and it may be a deficiency of a mineral or vitamin somewhere. But it won't go away and it literally is going to make me crazy. I may call my OB on Monday if it lasts through the weekend.
