Large baby problems

I am 35 weeks and my doc says my baby is
too big...since my last check up 2 weeks
ago...apart from the excessive swelling of my
feet and carpal tunnel syndrome and
hurtburn..am nw having fainting spells and
pain on my ribs...i also experience sharp
needle lyk pain in my vagina?...has any one
ever experienced what am experiencing?what
advice can you give me? i have a doc app in
3 days bt am jus anxious to know whats
happening with my body.
