freaking out

Hi gals! I'm a first-timer, so I may be freaking out over nothing. I went out of town for work over the weekend and got back on Tuesday. That night, it felt like I had swallowed knives, my throat was so sore. Wednesday I started running a fever and aching all over. Yesterday I went to the doctor and he said it's not the flu but that I have a respiratory infection. I've been working from home since I got back, taking tylenol, and taking it easy, but I'm worried about being sick and what it will do to the baby. Anyone sick like this during a pregnancy? Am I wrong to be worried?
