Back from vacation

I just spent a week in Mexico and hardly had any M/S. Today, I wake up feeling nauseated and eat some breakfast. M/S hit hard after that! I'm so happy I wasn't feeling sick on vacation but not happy to be back at where I was before I left. Just needed to vent! Wondering if it has anything to do with warm or cold temps or barometric pressures or its just his it goes.
