How do you find time to pump?

Mobile: How do you find time to pump?

I'm starting work in a few weeks and need to build up my supply. I the only time I've found I can pump is midnight or after, and I'm exhausted. LO needs my attention all day, and some days I can't get anything done. Yesterday the only thing I was able to do is fold some laundry that had been there for days and heat up dinner in the microwave. If I do have time, I have to use it to run errands or to try to play catch up, so we can have food to eat every night and enough diapers.. DH helps when he gets home, but there are things he has to do as well, plus he's in school. If I try to pump during the day, LO needs my attention before I can even finish.

I can only pump at most three oz at a time when I do find the time. I have to do something differently but I don't know what I could do.
