I expressed my concern to my husband last night about my fears of feeling like something wasn't right and today was our first u/s. No heartbeat and didn't make it passed 6 weeks. The pain I feel from this is almost unbearable, but I have a beautiful daughter to go home to and snuggle. 

I will have a D&C if I don't naturally miscarry in the next couple of days.
