any other clogged duct tips?

Any tips to unblock a clogged duct besides what you usually find googling (massage, heat, nurse that side, turn baby's chin toward clog)? Woke up this morning and have tried all those so far and nothing seems to be helping much. Plan to hop in the shower and see if warm water might help as soon as DH gets home and can watch DS.

Am keeping a watch for redness, soreness, and fever. So far just painless lumps, but keeping a close watch.
