Question for working moms of older infants who still EBF

My son is 8 months old, and does not STTN. He wakes, I feed him, he goes right back down. During the night, he sleeps beween 2-4 hours (usually 2.5 to 3) at a time. I work full time, and think that more than filling a nutitional need - this is more about comfort and mommy time. Has anyone had a similar experience? I feel like people judge and think I am crazy for not sleep training. Thanks all!
