Bleb question

So I've had plugged ducts and blebs. The blebs have only been on my right nipple and the first one was on Xmas and went away after messing withit for a day or two. Well, it came back and has kind of hung around for a couple of weeks. It doesn't hurt unless I mess with it butch agent been able to clear it. I the mean time I got another small one on the same nipple that cleared within the same feeding. I'm not sure if this lingering bleb is a major problem or not. LO doesn't have any problems and it doesn't hurt, and I don't have plugged ducts bc of it. Any advice?
