Concerned

I'm approx 7 weeks and I have been spotting for 5 days now. Ultrasound on Tuesday said everything was perfect, heartbeat, sac, implanted etc. but 3 days later I'm still spotting and a little cramps. It feels like I'm going to get my period! Ugh. I have had a few mc in the past and I am 41. Is this normal? Maybe my age... I had two chdren with no bleeding in those pregnancies !
