FTM: Lots of Questions
I'm a FTM and after 4 weeks of BF, I have a few questions. I'd love your responses!
First, I've started pumping this week one time a day and I pump in the morning after she nurses. Every time I get way more milk from one side than the other. She isn't feeding on that one side more than the other so why would I pump so much more every time? Is this something to be concerned about?
How do you store your milk in the freezer? Right now I have the bags in a Gladware container with no lid, just wondering if there is something better.
My breasts are much bigger than they were prepregnancy and even during my pregnancy. Will they stay this size? I thought I heard they will go down once they get used to how much milk you need.
Lastly, in the beginning my nipples were extremely sore but that phase has passed however they are still tender in the shower and I can't dry them off with the towel without it hurting. Does this last the whole time you BF?
