Low milk supply after stomach flu
Hello everyone,
I recently had a bout of the stomach flu this past Monday and my milk supply has significantly decreased. I continued to nurse even though I was sick. I did substitute a nursing session overnight with a bottle because I felt really dehydrated and faint after vomitting several times. I need to be able to pump 20 oz a day for daycare, but I do have a freezer stash for backup. Today I was only able to pump about 11 oz at work. Help!
