Flashing pinpricks of light? My own personal fireflys...

I was just taking a very hot shower to try and ease the horrific pain in my back. And I started seeing these tiny little flashes of light dancing around. They lasted about 30 seconds and I haven't seen them since.

I've got a call into my OB's office, just waiting on a call back. Has anyone heard of this before? I've had on again off again high blood pressure my whole pregnancy, so I'm not sure if that's related. I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this or heard of it before?
