Hands-free bra with Ameda Purely Yours?

The hands-free bra I used with my Medela pump just had small circles. You slipped the flanges into the bra and then connected to the rest of the pump parts.

But, my health insurance just sent me a new Ameda Purely Yours and the flanges are built into the rest of the bottle adapter and won't work with my hands-free bra. 

If you have the Ameda pump, what hands-free bra do you use? Thanks!
