I am starting to pump to build up my stockpile. My DD is 3 weeks old.

I pumped into storage bags this morning and pumped 4oz on one side and 3oz on the other. I have read that you want to store in 2oz bags so you don't waste the milk when you use it. Should I then be pouring milk from the bags into another bag so that I am only storing 2oz?

Second, when do you pump during the day to build your stockpile. I am EBF so I am not currently pumping for feedings just for extra to feed.
