STM - if you delivered a baby that you carried lowwwww

this little guy is really low.  had an internal monday and midwife said his head is literally sitting on my cervix.  if you carried low, did this mean a quick delivery for you?  I feel like once I dilate he will just drop out, since I already feel like he could slip out at any second.  dd was really high so this is a very new experience for me.
