When to call about m/s?

I am 8 weeks 4 days and I am nauseous all day and generally vomit 2-3 times a day for the past week. My husband has been out of town so I've been on my own with two kids, one of which is teething so I'm not getting much sleep. How do I know if I am extremely exhausted from dehydration and should call the doctor? I'm just not sure if it is the morning sickness or the fact that I'm chasing after two kids while sick that is leaving me completely worn out. I can hardly get off the couch today and feel so sick. Thanks for any advice!
