Morning sickness

I'm 10 weeks and five days and my morning sickness is still going strong. I feel like at this point it should be subsiding but it's not. Not only am I nauseous and tired all day but I will actually get sick sometimes. Is anyone else this far along an still dealing with ms? It's taking the fun out of being pregnant for me which is very saddening.
