Sick and barely eating

I've been sick the last few days and barely eating because of it. I have noticed my boobsare no longer ever full feeling...usually in the morning after a long sleep, they're usually solid. My little one is 3 months and has seemed pretty satisfied, except for waking me a little earlier today.

My question is...how soon after I begin taking in the necessary calories will I notice a return in my milk supply? Also, should I pump after feedings...just scared it'll effect my next feeding.
