S/O Pumping Stashes

I was wondering how much is TOO much? Baby is still in the NICU and is taking 40cc every 3 hours, the NICU finally asked me to bring in more milk because I had lots there. I maybe have 600+ oz in my deep freezer and counting. I want to try to EBF when he starts to "nipple" good so I have no clue if the stash I have is too much or just right. Advice?
