potty training

i know this isnt exactly 3rd trimester related lol but anyway iv decided to potty train my 2 n a half year old, so for 2 days now she has been in knickers apart from bed time...yesterday was more success than accidents...but today she pood much to her surprise on the potty n got a real fright wen she heard it land, as funny as that soudns its really thrown her and put her off even weeing in the potty now! shes been having accident after accident since..have any of u mums who have already dun the potty training thing delt with this successfully? it is such a frustrating time n i admit i dont have the best patience, plus i am 31 weeks pregnant to add to it lol, any advice about training, or suggestions i am happy to read
