antithyroid meds

Just curious if anyone knows if antithyroid medications are safe to take while breastfeeding? I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism during this pregnancy and so far my symptoms have been under control and I haven't needed medications. I'm just concerned that the stress of childbirth could make it worse and I would need medications, specifically PTU or Methiamazole and Metoprolol. I am planning on breastfeeding and would prefer to do so, but I also need to make sure I am healthy. TIA
