GBS + and avoiding thrush

I found out I was GBS positive yesterday and will need antibiotics during labor. I know this is not the worst thing that could happen, but I had thrush with DS #1 and I know what a pain it is to get rid of it. I'm taking probiotics currently anyways, and will bring some for LO - anyone have any happy stories where they didn't end up with thrush even with the antibiotics during labor?
