Been lurking forever as I figured out I was expecting Dec 4th. Finally had my first appt today and it was great! Everything looked fine and we got to hear the heartbeat (170) It was indescribable. I nearly fainted twice after bloodwork but I always do when a needle comes near so I'm glad to have that behind me. I loved my office and finally feel excited that this is real!!! Also, so excited to start sharing the news!!!
