Help! Calculate my dates?

I went for scan today thinking 7w6d but was told baby measures 6w5d. Would this be 6w5d from gestation which technically would mean I'm 8w5d pregnant due to adding on the two weeks which u r already classed as when u conceive?? mind is working overtime!
