Starting to freak out a little

Between work and my upcoming exams I still have not made any progress on the baby front, other than we got to out prenatal class on Saturday which served to amplify my feelings of unreadiness. I still only have furniture in the nursery and nothing else is done. You name it, I haven't done it. I am getting more and more tired and am still having to put in about 2 h a night and 8-10h/d on the weekend studying in addition to working 10h days. I am off work (but still studying) at 37 weeks but I am worried I still won't get it done or that this baby will come tomorrow!!!! I know this is a poor me vent but I am looking for either reassurance or manageable suggestions right now. Thanks ladies!
