DH is in law enforcement so it's obvious that we have his duty weapons in the home... if you own a gun, be it for hunting, your career, personal safety etc., when do you plan on teaching your children about gun safety in the event they were to come across it...

obviously we don't plan on leaving it out for them to get into, but DH for sure has one on him or near him almost 24/7 so it is probable that they will see it once they are older...
