Bleeding after BM

So I have been constipated, and had to strain to BM (sorry TMI). After I went, I wiped and there was some pink blood on the tissue. I haven't had any cramping, but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I know I shouldn't worry until I have cramping or a lot of blood, I am just hoping some mom's out there have healthy babies and experienced the same thing. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but I am hoping for some piece of mind tonight.
