Breastfeeding

cooking with breastmilk

DS just turned one. I've made breastmilk pancakes for him. I don't heat the milk before mixing it in the flour but obviously is gets hot when cooked on the griddle. So do I have to throw out what he doesn't eat or can it be fridged and served for lunch?
Also has anyone used any breastmilk recipes that they would recommend? I've only done the pancakes from the baby bullet recipe and learned the hard way that it makes way too many pancakes for my guy's appetite even when you halve the recipe so I make half of half the recipe.
