Breast compressions while pumping

This may be a silly question but for those that pump how are you doing breast compressions while pumping both breasts at the same time? I have the simple wishes hands free nursing bra and I can't seem to figure out how to comfortably do breast compressions. Without the bra it doesn't seem like I have enough hands to pump both breasts at once.
