the time after your first ultrasound

So I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks - saw the baby, heard the heartbeat. But now I'm at week 9 and just waiting until my next ultrasound to re-confirm that everything is okay! Anyone else feeling this? How am I supposed to know that everything is going the way it should?? Driving myself nuts over here...
