Mat21 and NT test

Anyone doing both the MaterniT21 and NT tests? If so why?
My OB just does the Mat21, which I did on Thursday. When I came on TB later that day a few posters mentioned getting both. Curious why you'd get both since Mat21 is 99 accurate.
