placenta has begun to deteriorate/calcify?

I'm a FTM and I had a growth scan on Thursday. I'm 34 weeks along. Baby's estimated weight is 5lbs 13oz. During the scan my doctor commented that my placenta was aging faster than it should be and she could see some calcium deposits. She didn't really seem too concerned. Said my amniotic fluid levels look great and to come back in two weeks. Said if things looked worse on my next ultrasound we'd talk induction. Being the worry wart I am I was hoping she'd tell me to come in next week. How quickly can a placenta deteriorate? Of course my dumb self had to google it so now I'm worried about still birth. Am I freaking out over nothing? Talk me down from crazy mountain
