Sick newborn not nursing well...

My DD is 2 weeks old and already has her first cold!   Her nose is stuffed up, but not to the extent that she absolutely can't nurse - she just doesn't seem to want to and is extra sleepy.  I was only able to get her to nurse a few times today, and then a few additional times I ended up pumping and getting her to take 1-1.5 oz. by bottle.  I truly don't know how much she drank total today but it certainly wasn't anywhere near what she normally does.

Has anyone been through this with their LO?  As long as she is getting as much as I can get in her, is she ok to be like this for a couple days until she is feeling better? At what point do I worry about dehydration?  Any advice in appreciated...
